All Covered Individuals are responsible for maintaining the security of the Company’s digital assets, systems, and communications. Company devices, accounts, and platforms must be protected through strong authentication practices and secure handling of information. 5. Accountability and Compliance

Violations of this Policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts, legal action, or referral to regulatory authorities. The Company reserves the right to monitor and audit technology use to ensure compliance with this Policy, subject to applicable law.

Those found violating DEI principles may face training requirements, disciplinary action, or termination.

When a report of discrimination, bias, harassment, or related misconduct is received, the Company will assign an investigation team within 48 hours of receiving the complaint, provided it meets the threshold for review.

Investigations will generally be led by one designated member of the Company’s leadership team, alongside support from Human Resources or another appropriate function.

If the report involves a member of the leadership team, or if there is any potential conflict of interest, the Company will instead appoint a neutral investigator or small team on a case-by-case basis. This alternate team will consist of individuals:

Who are not involved in the matter or related reporting lines
Who maintain no personal or professional conflict
Who are equipped to carry out investigations with fairness, discretion, and neutrality

In certain cases, particularly involving senior personnel, the Company may assign an external investigator or legal advisor to ensure full impartiality.
